Kim Soo-chul, Tax accountant / Chief Director
Before joining Tax Care, I worked as a Marketing Researcher (Big Data Processing) and a strategic consultant, and after graduating from Seoul National University Department of Business Administration, I majored in accounting at Seoul National University Graduate School.
I received a master's degree in Applied Statistics from Pennsylvania State University in the United States. I got a position as an adjunct professor at Kyunghee University Graduate School of Medical Management (MBA) to lecture on hospital accounting, and was awarded the Small and Medium Business Administration Commissioner's Award in 2016 for my contributions to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises.
I publish one tax book every year.
I am an expert specializing in tax audits and tax complaints for different industries such as hospitals and restaurants.

Kim Sung-il, Tax accountant / Chairman
I worked at the National Tax Service for 10 years.
Since opening my Kim Sung Il tax accountant office in 1986, I have been leading the tax audit and international taxation sectors for more than 30 years.
6 years ago, I founded an elementary school in Laos.
I have continued to support it and received the Presidential Commendation Award in 2012 as recognition of my various social contributions.

After working for the International Taxation Department of the National Tax Service,
I was in charge of the taxation affairs of the Korean branches of global companies
such as IBM at Samil Accounting Corporation (currently PWC).
I am currently leading Tax Care's International Taxation Headquarters and
I'm in charge of international tax operations for Korean branches of companies around the world,
including the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East branches.

I worked as a tax judge at the National Tax Tribunal affiliated with the Prime Minister's Office for a long time, and I am currently working as an expert in tax investigation and tax complaints.
After joining Tax Care, I am solving tax law issues, which are open to interpretation such as the property tax system, construction industry, real estate implementation business, etc.

I majored in Business Administration at Ewha Womans University and later served as an analyst at Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd (currently Hana Financial Investments) for more than six years.
Since then, I have accumulated extensive experience in various fields such as property tax systems, tax investigations, etc. at large domestic tax corporations.
Currently, I lead the Tax Care Property Tax Team, and I'm very interested in solving issues through research rather than following existing practices in the interpretation of the Inheritance and Gift Tax Act and the Transfer Tax Act.
